How to Stay Healthy and Strong ④ 「Get Enough Sleep」

As part of our curriculum we teach the 2nd-year students about SNS and different forms of communication and expression through technology using English. Here is an example of one of our students work.

4. Get Enough Sleep

Sleep is very important for health. I try to sleep at least 7 hours every night. When I sleep well, I have
more energy, and my muscles grow better after exercise. Maintaining a consistent sleep schedule is important. Going to bed and and waking up at the same time every day helps to improve your quality
of sleep.
