Have a consistent, daily study routine. When you study at the same time each day and each week, you’re studying will become a regular part of your life. Your study sessions will be more productive. If you have to change your schedule sometimes that’s okay, but try to keep your routine as much as possible.

同じ時間で勉強しましょう！

できるだけ同じ時間帯で勉強しましょう。何事も習慣作りが大事です。何をいつ、どこでどれくらい勉強するかを事前に決めると、ノープランで適当な時間に勉強する学生よりも成功率が高いと言われていますよ☆彡
