How to Stay Healthy and Strong ② 「Exercise Regularly」

As part of our curriculum we teach the 2nd-year students about SNS and different forms of communication and expression through technology using English. Here is an example of one of our students work.

2.Exercise Regularly

Exercise is very important. I go to the gym about five times a week. I like to do weight training and cardio, to build muscle and to improve my heart health. Aerobic exercise can improve heart rate and
cardiovascular function, and reduces the risk of heart disease. Weight training or resistance training can increase bone density and strength. These effects can help prevent diseases and injuries.
