Wednesday is training English day.  We go to the gymnasium on campus to practice coaching skills and giving instructions in this class.  1st years and 2nd years take this class together. The 1st years do warmups and the 2nd years do drills they have prepared.  
The teachers give feedback to the students after each session.  

It’s a great chance to get together as a department and it’s a nice change of pace from the classroom.
