Craig here. This is an update on one of the management English courses. Management English 4.

クレイグです。今回は、マネジメント英語４の授業の話をしたいと思います。

Recently, we have been practicing giving opinions in class.

最近、会議で自分の意見を言うことを練習しています。

The students have a meeting about a topic and say what they think about it.

学生は、ひとつのトピックについて会議を行い、意見交換をします。

The last topic we did was “Should the amount of homework for your English course be increased.”

前回のトピックは、「英語コースの宿題を増やすべきか」について討論しました。

We split the students into “for” and “against”.

賛成と反対のグループに分かれました。

There weren’t many students that agreed, but when they thought about it, a lot of them found some really good reasons to have homework.

最初は殆どの学生は反対していましたが、賛成グループは頑張って説得力のある意見をたくさん考えました。

For example, “If you have homework, you don’t have to think about what you need to study so it’s more efficient than just studying random things.”

例えば、宿題は、何を勉強すべきか考える必要はありません。なので、ランダムに勉強するよりもずっと効率が良くなります。
