今回の試合で使う言葉を紹介したいと思います。

“Force them out wide!”

サイドに押し出せ！

This phrase is used when teams are defending.

守備しているチームがよく使います。

If the attacker is on the edge of the pitch, they have less room and it is harder to attack.

守備が相手をピッチの左翼か右翼に押しだすと、攻撃している選手は自由に動けなくなり、攻撃しづらくなります。

They are also further away from your goal, so it is harder to score.

しかもゴールから離れれば離れるほど、得点しにくいです。

Instead of him or her, you can say “them”.  This can mean either man, woman or the team you are playing. Useful, right?

主語は彼か彼女よりも彼らを使うといいです。そうすることで、男女問わず、相手チームのことについて話しているときにも大丈夫です。便利ですね！
