今回の試合で使う言葉を紹介したいと思います。

“The danger zone/area”.

PKエリア

We often use this phrase when we talk about the ball being in the box in front of the goal.  This is because it is a bad place to let your opponent have the ball as they are close to goal.

ボールがPKエリアに入る時によく使う表現です。なぜなら、PKエリアはゴールに近くにあり、守備しているチームからすると、相手にボールを持たす危険な場所からです。

Let’s look at an example.

“Right lads, let’s try and get the ball into the danger zone more often in the second half!”

「いいかみんな、後半にもっとボーロをPKエリアに入れていこうよ！」
