Number 2 is the patella, it’s a floating bone in your knee.

It is commonly referred to as the kneecap.

How about the rest?

You can use the common name of the area, muscle, or joint.

身体の部分を英語で言うことが出来ますか？

2番は【the patella】です。ひざにある浮いている骨（フローティング ボーン：他のどことも繋がっていない）です。

それは、【the kneecap】(膝蓋骨：しつがいこつ)とも言いますね。

その他はどうでしょうか？

【area】（身体の部分）【muscle】（筋肉）や【 joint】（関節）などの共通の呼称も使えますよ。
