Taping class is progressing along the students have learned how to properly tape an ankle.

テーピングクラスでは、現在、足首にどのように正確にテーピングをするかを学んでいます。

They are getting more confident with taping anchors, stirrups, horseshoes, heel locks, and figure eights around the ankle.

学生は、足首にするアンカー・スターアップ・ホースシュー・ヒールロックス・フィギュアエイトのテクニックを自信をもってできるようになってきています。

Now, all they have to do is tape the ankle under 5 minutes.

次に必要なのは、5分以内で足首にテーピングをすることです！
