Craig here.  I thought I would tell you about mindset meetings this time.

こんにちは、クレイグです。今回はマインドセットミーティングについてアップしたいと思います。

In this department, we have mindset meetings every Monday.  Students have a chance to talk to the teachers about their goals and get advice on how to study.

本科では毎週月曜日に各学年でマインドセットミーティングを行います。学生は教員と自分の目標や勉強方法を話し合います。

Some students want to improve their conversation skills, and others want to get a better score on TOEIC.

会話力を上達、またはTOEICの高得点獲得など学生の目標は様々です。

We find that having regular catch-ups with the students is a great way to keep them motivated and help them achieve their goals.

It also helps teachers to understand what the students find difficult.

教員も学生と定期的に話すことで 学生が何に問題を抱えているのかを知り、学生のモチベーションを維持することもできます。
